A recent study by Comscore reportedly found that not only had online retail spending in the first three months of 2010 increased by 10 percent from the previous year, but it appears social media had a part to play in this.

When you’re trying to market your company online, it’s easy to get caught up with all the latest social media options. Just keeping your Facebook Page or Twitter feed updated can take up a huge amount of time, but are you getting the most out of the resources you are putting in?

It’s worth taking a step back to review your overall social media strategy, and be sure you are using the best tools in a way that is most likely to benefit your company.
