This is a question we are asked time and time again - should I repair my PC or buy a new one?  and there is a simple answer to it!

Does your old computer do everything you want it to do apart from the slow speed?  Is it that the only reason you are considering a new computer the fact that your old one is slow?  did it used to be fast? If the answers to all those questions is YES, then there may still be hope for your old machine!  We are able to optimize your old machine and speed it back up again, over time the windows operating system can get clogged up with useless data that slows a machine down!  It's like a well organised filing cabinet, all the right papers in the right folders, but the folders in the wrong order! It's organised chaos! We try to reorganise that cabinet and make things easily accessible again, speeding up the searches and programs to help it run smoothly again.

A lot of people come to clickhappy because of this exact problem and 90% of the time the hard drives or data can be recovered. However if we are unable to recover the drive, we will advise you quickly and then give you options on how to proceed.  Either way we will look at the fastest or most convenient solution for you.

In some situations a e-commerce shop is overkill if you only have a few products to sell, and the additional time required to manage a full e-commerce shop may not be viable.  We can create a custom purchasing option for your needs, whether it be a full e-commerce solution or a small product base, either way Clickhappy can accommodate.

Absolutely, the sites 'theme' can be used for many different kinds of sites. You are able to change the colour, images and content if you so wish.

With all web sites, there are usually three different costs involved (we have no hidden costs).  These three costs are broken down into the following:

     i)  You have to purchase a domain name. This is your web address i.e. http://www.something.co.nz (currently .co.nz domain names cost around $45.00NZD for a year).

     ii)  Next there is the hosting fee.  A hosting server is a place where your web site actually sits to be viewed on the Internet.  We charge $29 per month to host a website, see hosting package for more information.

     iii)  Finally the development of the site. This is usually a one off payment for the creation of the site.  Have a look at the main Webdesign link as there are more details on the website package available.

With most of the website packages we design a CMS (content management system) framework is used.  This enables the site owner to be able to update the web pages without any web design knowledge.  You will be given a log-in form to sign into the site, this gives you the ability to update the pages directly and from any windows PC in the world! Without the need of FTP access to the web server - the editor that you use will look similar to a standard text editor and full instruction will be given.
